Victor Yermi
Co-Founder & CEO
Victor Yermi, a seasoned Web3 and real estate tokenization professional, has over a decade of experience at the intersection of blockchain, real assets, and digital platforms. He is the founder of OrdinalsGoods, where he applies Bitcoin NFT technology to reimagine e-commerce as a decentralized, peer-to-peer marketplace for Real-World Assets (RWAs), offering an alternative to traditional platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
Earlier in his career, Victor was a business developer at a pioneering real estate tokenization company that launched the EU’s first compliant retail real estate STO in the UK in 2019, raising $2M and achieving a $50M market capitalization. He played a key role in integrating blockchain into real estate investment, contributing to one of the earliest and most credible real-world asset tokenization success stories, and today continues to focus on utility-driven, non-security token models for scalable and regulation-efficient real estate innovation.

Co-Founder & Marketing Head
Natalia Britten is a marketing and strategy leader with over 20 years of experience building brands, driving growth, and leading teams across global markets. Her background spans FMCG, finance, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, retail, and B2B, with a strong focus on long-term brand value and user trust.
Since 2019, she has been actively involved in blockchain and Real-World Asset (RWA) projects, working at the intersection of technology, finance, and ownership. Her experience includes leading marketing and PR for software and Web3 companies, shaping narratives for international audiences, and helping early-stage projects translate complex concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
Ilia Obraztsov
Co-Founder, CTO
lia is a technology leader and blockchain professional with extensive experience in building scalable digital platforms and leading high-performance engineering teams. He has held senior roles including VP of Technology at Smartlands, where he focused on developing real estate tokenization platforms, security-focused infrastructure, and technology roadmaps for blockchain-based investment ecosystems. With a background in computer science and product leadership, Ilia has worked with startups and international teams to deliver cloud-based solutions, machine-learning systems, and fintech innovations supporting real-world asset tokenization and digital finance.
